As someone who grew up alongside the creation of social media as we know it today, Lauren is a creative force in the marketing and social media world. She has spent the past 3 years working as a social media manager for different agencies in both California and Colorado. With experience marketing across various industries, Lauren is always excited to take on a new challenge and brings a can-do attitude to every project.

In 2021, Lauren received her degree in marketing (and wine!) from Sonoma State University in Northern California. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Denver with the hope to get outside of her comfort zone and experience living in a new state.

When she’s not busy editing Instagram Reels, you can find Lauren in a pilates class, at brunch with the girls, or spending time at home with her dog.
